The typical person who has this job role will be someone who is wanting to be in the industry and just starting off and wanting to make their way up the food chain of the industry almost everybody in the industry have started out as runners. In order to be a runner you must have a decent set of strength and stamina as you will be moving equipment around all day and helping the full crew if they need tasks doing runners get paid very little as they are mainly their for experience. Runner boys can relate to different job roles in the industry as they will have to work long hours like everyone else also they relate because they will be along side all of the other members of crew.
